THE VILLA

The house has a surface area of 260m2. There are four large bedrooms, a very large living room with satellite TV, an office (study) with hifi music centre, a fully equipped kitchen (dish-washer, washing machine, fridge-freezer, electric oven, micro-wave oven).

The house and garden are completely enclosed by a wall, and a remote-controlled gateway. To the side of the house is a large barbecue. On the other side of the house is a barn with a table-tennis table.

In a peaceful calm part of the village, the garden facing south and overlooking the vineyards, is a haven of tranquility.

The garden has a variety of trees (arbres de Judée, palmiers, lauriers roses, eucalyptus.), around the swimming pool. There is a summer kitchen next to the pool, approx. 50 m2, with a large table, chairs and sunloungers.
